Copyright & takedown notices
MailGen respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a notice
If you believe that content available through our Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@mailgen.shop that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, and phone number).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the information required under the DMCA to the same email address above.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
